Refund Policy
Only unopened, factory sealed merchandise will receive a refund.
Returned items with defects sent with all original packaging, including case, bonus discs, liner notes, booklets, etc. will be replaced with the same item only - no substitutions. No refunds.
Keep in mind that the order’s original shipping cost is non-refundable and we do not pay for postage on returns of unopened items.
For orders outside of the US:
Customers are responsible for Shipping Charges and Duty Taxes if their order is refused.

If in any circumstance you are not satisfied and need to make a return, we would gladly accept any unopened, sealed items in their original factory packaging within 30 days of you receiving the items. Any opened items cannot be returned unless defective. Defective merchandise will be replaced with the same item only. Promotional items cannot be returned, unless defective. Items marked under clearance or ‘ALL SALES ARE FINAL’ cannot be returned unless specified otherwise. Only items purchased from our website can be returned and we do not assume any responsibility for such items under any circumstances.
Please allow up to 7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) after we process your return for a credit to appear in your account. Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded to that card.
To return item(s) on your order, please obtain and fill-out an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form from our website. Carefully pack your return items and send them along with a copy of your invoice and completely filled-out RMA Form to:

All return shipping charges must be pre-paid. We do not pay for postage on returns of unopened items.
Please note that C.O.D deliveries are not accepted in our warehouse. We also advise customers returning items to request a tracking number and insure their package from their chosen carrier.
